My career began in a high pressure, regulated industry, and I became the youngest on record to graduate from a global FTSE top 10 leadership programme.
At age 26 I secured a leadership role at national corporate level, before leaving the rat race to start my own business helping individuals and businesses grow with transformational life-work success results.
Since starting my first business in 2012, I achieved 7 figures in revenue within a few years, winning many awards from innovation excellence and client success studies.
Adding to my corporate leadership and scale up entrepreneur experiences, at age 35 I was invited to become one of the youngest executive business school lecturers in the world.
Some like to know that I am in the published author club, and yes, I will open a bigger, better book one day.
Others like to hear I am accredited to deliver the ‘Institute of Leadership & Management’ accredited Leadership Advantage Programme. I personally led the design & build, and I co-deliver alongside my expert ABP colleagues, for fast-growth businesses and corporates who recognise the importance of setting up their people for success towards realising their collective long term potential.
