Combining his own experiences with his unique methodology tools, Daryl’s mission is by 2030 to enable 1,000,000 leaders and entrepreneurs to grow strategic effectiveness, increase productivity, improve work-life balance, and prevent burnout for themselves and those whom they have responsibility for.
Mental health statistics reveal a big problem for business leaders. In the US, 1 in 5 people struggle with depression and anxiety and 1 million workers each day miss work due to stress. Between 2015 and 2017, 65% of US employees admitted that workplace stress caused them to regularly engage in unhealthy behaviours. Daryl uses his experience to help businesses with strategies for managing and supporting mental health at work whilst maximising productivity and promoting corporate wellbeing.
